Glen Abhainn student accommodation offers great facilities at affordable prices. Please see below for a breakdown of student rates by room type. Students applying to stay at Glen Abhainn student village enter into an agreement to occupy the property for the lease period and are liable for rent during this lease term.
Security Deposit: €450 for individual rooms or €1800 for full apartments security deposit is payable. This is refundable after the end of the academic year less damages or missing items. Wear and tear is taken into consideration, but excessive damage is payable by the student
Utility Payment: A non-refundable utility fee of €499.00 for individual rooms or €1497 for full apartments. This fee covers refuse collection, WIFI, maintenance and security etc. Bookings are not secured until this has been paid.
Electricity: Each apartment is metered for pre-pay electricity with Pinergy. The pre-pay meters allow students to monitor and have greater control over their electricity usage on a daily basis. This is an additional charge throughout the year. Each apartment has their own top up code and it is the tenants responsibility to keep this topped up. Top up can be done via the app or buy a voucher at a local Paypoint shop.
