*** Notice: due to the large number of apartments there can only be one nominated contact per booking. This can be the student or one parent/guardian.

**** Rooms will be offered to applicants based on a lottery system, not a first come / first served basis.

The refund policy for international students at Glen Abhainn Student Village is as follows: refunds will be issued in the event of visa refusal, failure to meet entry criteria (such as awaiting final degree grades), or due to medical illness. In such cases, a deduction of €250.00 will be applied, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

The deadline for cancellation is August 1st 2024. If you have not received your visa decision by this date, please notify us ASAP.
